Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by MG Imageworks LLC, doing business as HeadsUp Headshots ("HeadsUp," "we," or "us").

1. Services

HeadsUp Headshots provides professional photography services including individual and small-group headshot sessions. Sessions are photographed on-site at commercial offices or workplaces unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Booking and Deposits

A $150 booking deposit is required to reserve an individual session date and time.

For custom quoted corporate or production work, proposal terms supersede standard session terms.

• Deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• Remaining balances and any additional services are invoiced separately.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel a session at any time; however, the booking deposit remains non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests must be made by email and are subject to availability.

Failure to appear for a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

4. Session Requirements

Clients agree to provide:

• A minimum 8' × 8' space for photography setup.
• Approximately 15 minutes before and after the scheduled session for setup and breakdown.

5. Estimates and Quotes

Any estimates, pricing ranges, calculators, or quote tools displayed on this website are provided for informational purposes only.

Final pricing may vary based on factors including:

• Number of participants
• Time requirements
• Location logistics
• Scope of deliverables
• Licensing or usage needs

All final pricing will be confirmed in writing.

6. Image Delivery and Retouching

Images are delivered digitally and professionally edited. Additional retouching or image selections may be purchased separately.

7. Usage and Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivered images include a standard usage license for:

• Personal and professional websites
• LinkedIn and professional profiles
• Internal communications
• Editorial and press use related to the client

Extended commercial usage, including but not limited to paid advertising, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, billboards, television, or broadcast campaigns, may require additional licensing or buyout fees.

Images may not be used for extended commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise requested in writing, HeadsUp Headshots retains the right to use selected images for portfolio, marketing, website, and promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. HeadsUp Headshots is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
